1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, reside in the United States, and not be a Breva employee or contractor. Participation and acceptance of rewards must comply with applicable law, your employer’s policies, and your obligations to clients. You must obtain any required approvals.

2. Public-sector exclusion

The Program is not open to anyone employed by or serving as an official of any federal, state, tribal, or local government body, government-affiliated organization, or public educational institution. Breva will decline Program submissions from these individuals and will not issue rewards or seek waivers.

3. Qualified referrals

A “Qualified Referral” is a U.S. business introduced through Breva’s designated referral channel that, when submitted, is not a current customer, already in active sales discussions with Breva, or previously referred. Its owner or authorized decision-maker must complete a Breva software demonstration within 30 days after submission. Self-referrals and referrals to a business you own or work for do not qualify. No purchase or financing application is required.

4. Rewards and timing

You earn one $250 digital gift card per Qualified Referral, limited to 5 rewards per person per calendar year. Only the first eligible referrer receives credit for a business. Breva reviews referrals monthly and issues rewards within tthirty 30 days after qualification. Claim links expire 60 days after delivery; issued cards remain subject to their issuer’s terms and applicable law. You are responsible for taxes. Breva may require tax documentation and make legally required reports.

5. Permission and privacy

You confirm that each referred contact has given you permission to share their details with Breva for a software introduction. You may not submit contacts obtained from purchased or scraped lists, directories, or other sources without that person’s permission. Breva handles personal information under its Privacy Policy to administer the Program and contact referred businesses.

6. Disclose your incentive

Whenever you recommend Breva in connection with this Program, clearly disclose: “I may receive a gift card from Breva if you complete a qualifying software demo.” Place this disclosure with the recommendation, including in each promotional post, before any “more” link. Do not rely solely on a profile disclosure, hashtag, or link to these terms. Statements about Breva must be truthful.

7. Software introductions only

Rewards compensate introductions to Breva’s software platform. They are not tied to, contingent on, or calculated by reference to any loan, line of credit, factoring arrangement, receivables purchase, insurance policy, or surety bond, whether or not the referred business later obtains one. Participants may not broker, solicit, negotiate, or discuss specific terms of those transactions as part of this Program. Participation does not authorize anyone to act for Breva or promise financing, insurance, bonding, or contract awards.

8. Fraud and abuse

Breva may, in its sole discretion, verify eligibility, withhold rewards while investigating suspected fraud or abuse, and deny or recover rewards obtained through fraud, duplicate submissions, or violations of these terms.

9. Changes and termination

Breva may modify or end the Program on 30 days’ notice posted here. Previously submitted referrals remain governed by the terms in effect when submitted. Breva may suspend participation immediately where required by law or to address fraud.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules and subject to mandatory applicable law. They constitute the entire agreement concerning this Program. Void where prohibited.
