Cadence Cash launched in 2022 to help underrepresented small business owners get funded. We sat with hundreds of business owners and watched the same pattern: revenue strong, books messy, capital out of reach.
Construction contractors kept showing up. Skilled operators carrying six-figure material costs on their credit cards while waiting 90 days on receivables. The problem wasn't their business — it was the workflow: pay apps filed late, cash flow invisible, bonding capacity unknown. Every tool that existed was built for the GC. Nobody had built anything for the sub.
We narrowed the focus, changed the name, and went all in. Breva® is the platform we wishhad existed when we were sitting across the table from those contractors — an end-to-end financial operating system that turns work into cash faster, and gives every subcontractor the financial clarity their business deserves.
