Pay applications

Build pay applications from the schedule of values, with stored materials and change orders carried through.

Build On Your Construction Expertise.

Bring one suitable client. Use Breva for construction work you already deliver, with supervised training for those who lead ledger migrations.

Your clients get a ledger that fits

Job costs, pay applications, retainage and WIP in one construction ledger, with schedules your accounting team can review.

You get the work, not a finder’s fee

Conversion, cleanup, monthly close and advisory stay yours to bill at your rates. We do not quote your clients for that work.

Earn subscription revenue

Earn 30% of net subscription revenue on eligible accounts you bring, for as long as you remain certified and actively serve them. Program terms apply.

You lead the client relationship.

You lead the engagement and set your professional fees. Breva provides the software, training and support.

The conversion work is yours to bill.

You scope the conversion and bill the client at your rates. We support your first migrations. Sponsored software does not cover your professional fees unless agreed in writing.

The advisory work is yours.

Monthly close, WIP review and financial-package preparation stay yours to bill. Breva manages its lending and surety programs separately.

The relationship is yours.

Your client chooses their advisor. You get a free seat in every account you manage.

Review WIP and year-end schedules within Breva

Included with the client’s plan. Your preparation and review remain billable.

How you are paid

Revenue share

Earn 30% of net subscription revenue on eligible accounts you bring, for as long as you remain certified and actively serve them. The same rate applies to monthly and annual plans. Eligibility is reviewed annually. Sponsored seats are excluded.

Migrations you run

As a Migration Partner™, you scope and bill for conversions under your own client engagement. Any Breva-funded assignment requires a separate written agreement.

Your own billing

Set your own rates for migration, cleanup, close and advisory. Your professional fees are separate from subscription revenue share.

Your practice license

Free training and demo resources, plus a free advisor seat in each client account you manage.

Sponsored seats

Sponsored accounts do not earn subscription revenue share or a separate Breva migration payment. Client-paid professional fees remain yours to agree. Sponsor-funded migration work must be approved in writing.

Choose compensation per client: receive revenue share where permitted, pass that value to the client as a discount, or take no compensation and keep the practice benefits. Changes apply going forward; confirm your choice annually. We provide disclosure language. Your firm must review professional and independence requirements.

Subscription revenue share is based only on eligible software fees. It excludes financing, insurance and surety transactions. No Footings payment depends on a loan being funded or a bond being issued. Breva manages its lending and surety programs separately.

How it works

STEP 1
Fit check

Answer six questions to see whether Footings fits your practice.

STEP 2
Apply and talk

A 30-minute conversation about your clients, services and first potential fit.

STEP 3

Complete a 90-minute live session and a short assessment.

STEP 4
Bring your first client

Choose a suitable firstclient. Qualified accounting partners complete two supervised migrations before working independently.

See where Footings™ fits.

It will tell you which track fits, or that neither does yet.

Fifteen advisors. We are writing the playbook with them.

Footings opens with fifteen founding advisors, and that is not a marketing device. The migration process is new. The first advisors in will help write the standard operating procedure, tell us where the conversion breaks, and shape what the certification teaches.

What founding advisors get that later cohorts will not

A direct line to the people building it, not a support queue
Named input on the curriculum and the roadmap
First position in the advisor directory when it opens
A supervised first migration, run beside a Breva account, before you run one alone

If you would rather join once it is proven, the door stays open. The first fifteen get to decide what this becomes.

Is this for you?

A good fit

Not a fit yet

We train you to do it and work alongside you while you learn. What you charge for it is between you and your client.

Your clients run progress billing, pay applications and retainage

You spend hours every month on schedules you cannot bill for

You would rather specialize than take every client who calls

Your clients run between roughly $500,000 and $15 million a year

You are willing to be certified before you touch a client’s ledger through Breva

You want the conversion work, not a finder’s fee

You serve contractors occasionally and do not intend to specialize

You are looking for a commission without doing the work

You are not able to be trained before the first migration

Your clients are not commercial contractors — Breva is built for commercial GC's, subs and trade contractors

Not ready to join? You can still send us a contractor.
